My new B18C-ITR engine/tranny in 94 civic DX w/ PS & AC

This guy wrecked his B18B integra and put alot of his integra engine parts into his Civic dx hatch. The civic has the A/C , P/S, rack and pinion, engine and transmission from his integra. I didnt ask him what else was from his integra, but im assuming also a integra suspension. I drove it and it drives good, but the a/c compressor is going out.
When I have the type R installed, A/C and P/S is MANDATORY.
I think it would be easier to install in this car than a civic SI since it has many parts from a integra. Or would it be basically the same?
I have my eye on that car, but there is 2 civic SI's out there, one is my fav color, and the other one has a TON OF new parts in it for cheap
I was reading a post from a ASE mechanic, he said that if you have a kenji p28 chiped ECU, then the TYPER engine in hatch would be PLUG AND PLAY. Hes said the OBD2 to OBD1 was complete B/S and all you needed was the Kenji P28 ECU with the harness. (i forgot if the harness was from the type r or the civic)
