wiper switch/ control stick

so i have a 1992 honda civic hatch si. the wipers only work onn medium and fast , and when ever i pull back on the control switch to use the misters nothing happens. i cannot hear the pump for the washer fluid running either. so i was wondering if it is the switch/ control arm thinggy i need to replace or do i need to replace the washer fluid pump itself?

yea your switch sounds bad. and for the washers i would check the fuse box for a blown fuse. or the pump is bad.
