Removing Door Panels

Posted: Sun Apr 06, 2008 9:48 pmMost parts stores also sell a "specialty" tool, it's usually around $10 or so, I picked one up as it makes it a lot easier.
It's like a unique set of pliers that you pinch the spring with and compress it. Then you can pop the handle off and pull the spring out.

I used to pull those panels off on a daily basis at my work. We kept extra clips because they were bound to go flying off into oblivion.

I can't comment on that because I've never been able to find one and confirm its trajectory. I'm no astrophysicist, but I'm pretty sure they fall through the earth since the spaces between their atoms are big enough that the atoms don't collide.
