So I'm trying to figure out which EG my 1993 Civic HB DX is...but im having some troubles here..can someone tell me what the difference is between a

EG1 D15B JDM All 3-door/4-door/CR-X
EG4 D15B JDM All 3-door/4-door/CR-X
EG8 D15B JDM All 3-door/4-door/CR-X

Is it perhaps maybe just a difference in year? Or where the car itself was manufactured? Mine came from the Canadian (><) Honda Factory so yet again /shrug :?

P.S. Why am I only able to see some of the pictures ya'll post? Gets me frustrated! Maybe cause I on secure Gov't puter...damnit

Meh...well I've been here about a year next month, will prolly be here for a couple more? Why whats up? Thinkin I can get my hands on some authentic JDM parts? Ohh that I definitely can haha...Im even gonna start up a ..."business" of shipping foreign/exotic cars back to the states...I.E. Skyline GT-Rs, Silvia, Supra's, Civic HB Si-RII, etc. :D

I'm thinkin you'd be able to make some pretty decent cash shipping cars here and then selling them.

Actually I was just askin because you said you didnt have access to your car. I'd be going through withdrawls.

civicnation you know you could hook us up with some genuine jdm stuff :hehe:

Hahah yeah I definitely go through some withdrawals...especially with my brother sends me pics of it and the work he is doing on it =*( Just wish I could be there working along side of him /sigh stupid military life hehe..

As for the selling cars stateside...most definitely...a Skyline GT-R goes for about 1,100,000 Yen (roughly $9500) out here...shipping and complete conversion (I.E. Reinforcing bumpers, kmph to mph, all glass changed, etc.) for another $10,000 ...so lets say total cost of $20,000 out of MY pocket for a GT-R...flip it in the states for $50,000-80,000 (yes they do go for that much, ive done my HW) ....boom 30-60k profit :) And then do it all over again haha...damn im good...

The JDM parts are cake to find out here, I've crate B16A2's for about $800 and B18c5's for about $1400...its a steal...but then again being in Japan does have its ups and downs considering the damn engines are made in main land Japan...

P.S. Man did we get way off topic in this thread haha

haha. i have an EH3 also.

civicnation, in 3 years im going to want a skyline R33 in canada. Doooooo it! Reason being is because we can not have cars from oversea's registered here unless they are 15 years or older, it makes them a "classic" and then the rules change.
