My hatch was broken into and they popped of the passenger door handle, bent the clip the you use to bolt the handle on and took the handle too. I am wanting to know if i can use a four door rear handle so i wont have a hole where the key lock goes. If anybody has pics of one or how to do it lmk. thanks

You can use 4Door rear handles. You can also use
Jimmy Jammers, That site has tons of really good articles on making your civic much more theft resistant. Because of following stuff on there My car is still mine.

I've heard some people get locks from different cars (non-honda) and used those locks and keys so thieves can't use a jiggler..something like that lol

I've seen it done a few times & it looks clean. I don't know if any modification is required though...

4 door rear handles arent a straight fit - they're the exact same shape so fit in that respect, but the tabs that attach it to the door on the inside are slightly different. The one to the front of the handle bolts up, but the one at the back is in a different place on the rear of a 4 door compared to the hatch. In theory you could cut the tab off and remount it to fit the handles, but i didnt want to go to that trouble so just disconnected my door locks and got a good alarm, problem solved

Yeah it's a real pain. Best thing to do is get some bondo and cover the keyhole on your original handles. Then paint the handle.
If you do this, leave your hatch keyhole alone. You want to be able to get into your car somehow when the battery goes dead.

just leave the hatch one and fill the others worst case you can climb through the back

Well, since someone dug up this grave, I will say also that it's quite easy to remove the lock bar from the back of the handle.
