1994 Acura Integra LS, complete car.

Up for sale is my 1994 Acura Integra LS.
The good:
It is a complete car.
I have all of the interior body panels and the seats.
Engine runs pretty good, needs a few minor items to get it back to great condition.
Good axles, CV boots are not cracked or torn.
Great tires, 80% tread on all 4, Goodyear Assurance (all I could afford at the time), 185/70/14 on steelies.
All glass in tact, no cracks.
No intake resonator chamber, easier to install a CAI if you so desire.
GSR rear 14mm swaybar (stock LS is 13mm, and yeah it makes a big difference).
Energy Suspension rear sway bar bushings.
Energy Suspension front sway bar end links (also make a pretty big difference).
156,XXX miles, not bad for a 15 year old car.
The bad:
Tranny grinds in 3rd, but only if you take it to 7K RPM.
Engine burns about 1/2qt per month, so 1.5qt per oil change.
IM gasket is cracked (Hondata Heatsheild, piece of shit).
Exhaust manifold to A-pipe donuts need to be replaced.
I'm swapping over my HASport mounts from this thing to my 1997, so it will need new engine mounts.
No AC.
Power steering system is all there, but there's no belt.
Alternator is going out.
The REALLY bad:
I got rear ended a while back, and the trunk pan is crumpled. The trunk wall is also torn and bent inward.
The exhaust after the cat is crimped at the first 90degree bend creating huge amounts of back pressure.
It's totalled, so it has a salvage title.
I am asking $1500 OBO. I don't have any pictures of the car, but the paint is in shitty condition, like...almost no clear coat...and a fair amount of oxidation.
If this thing doesn't sell in a month, I'll part it out.
Engine, tranny, axles, shift linkage, shifter, and computer for $1000.
Front knuckles and rear suspension for $400 (brakes included).
Shell for $400.
