And I actually like the look of the Lancer Touring more then the normal 4dr

No i mean the 5dr hatch that they just came out with, wait, mayeb it's called the sportback, i dunno, this one here. it's new for 2010

- Fri Apr 10, 2009 5:05 am #109562 Yeah just saw that, and yeah the ralliart is a detuned Evo X (engine wise) same engine just different turbo (Evo X Twin Scroll Turbo, ralliart Single Scroll) I can get into the technical aspects of the twin scroll technology and what not :P .

- Fri Apr 10, 2009 5:09 am #109564 Well I drove an Evo IX pretty much all last summer, it's around 350hp to the wheel, spikes about 25-30 psi, and is tuned with methanol injection... let me tell you, it's a fun car. There's a video, stock for stock IX vs X to show the differences, I'll have to find it for you!!

Women who drive stick cars are Hot, now women who drive Evo's umm I'll keep the rest of that comment (out of respect for you and your partner) Thanks for being a good sport. I've seen a couple of vids between both of them, and yeah the evo IX is an all out brawl type of car but I don't always race and I want to do more type of circuit racing and endurance in the weekends, so looks like the X is more suited for me, worst case scenario as stated in my previous post will be that I get the Ralliart and then upgrade from there. Some people over at tristatevo.com have confirmed that the suspencion on the ralliart is actually the same suspencion out of the evo ix, with the detuned engine of the evo x.

- Fri Apr 10, 2009 5:59 am #109578 Ralliart is taller and more narrow, wing smaller, less power, doesn't come in 5 speed real stick transmission like the Evo X GSR, not the flappy paddle crap that the Lancer GTS, Ralliart, Evo X MR come with (though the Evo X MR you can only use the paddles there's no Drive mode) with the GTS and ralliart I think you can pop them into drive mode and just drive like a regular automatic, well atleast you can do that with the GTS I'm not sure about the ralliart.
