^^^^I wear a black button up with dark gray slacks black leather dress shoes and bold one colored ties all the time at the Credit Union where I work it looks sharp. Oh yeah make sure you always wear a blet that matches your shoes whenever you have a tucked in shirt. I would say go with a tie for the clothing store and lose the tie for the record shop don't want to look to conservative. I believe you can over dress for an interview. I hire people here at the credit union and you do pick people determined some what on how they will fit in with the team. Team unity is often times more important than individual skill. Here is something to remember when you go to the interviews. I rate enthusiasm even above professional skill. Rock it out man!!
