So my birthdays coming up and im tired of using my mothers computer i have my own but its an old mac desktop that runs so slow videos are choppy etc, and i have a acer that would of been awsome but it was used by my sister left out and stuff like that had it for 5yrs or so maybe less but screens cracked, keys are missing and it either has a power fuckup or virus because it resets itself about every 15mins,
And so yea there are a shit ton of laptops out there so thought id ask what brands or laptops you would suggest
Here are said things i would like and would like to use it for.....
first off its gotta be relatively inexpensive no 2k apple laptop etc so i guess windows will be my running program and im not sure on teh brand of laptop that would be best im not looking for a cheapy laptop either as i do have some things id like to do with it....
-It should be able to use photoshop without freezing every 5 seconds lol, and should be able to store quite a few pictures as well as music so im guessing memory is key there....
-Id love to get a cd/dvd/cdrw drive so i may be able to burn discs or watch a dvd if im traveling or something like that...
-battery life not sure if i had to id buy another one id prefer parts to be relatively inexpensive as well so maintainability id like to not have to pay alot if somethign goes wrong i mean warrenties help with that of coarse but you never no legal shit sucks....
-screen can be regular size dont need somethign huge but dont want somethign horribly small like a portable dvd player where i cant even see the mouse arrow......
-and more than likely id like to use it for automotive tuning i know its mroe the program than the laptop but id like it to be able to handle a demand such as that without killing itself...
So yea thats really it i mean if theres anything else i should be asking myself let me know
my budget id say is 800 tops prefer something around 500 as i can make that in two weeks so yea let me know what you guys think id really appreciate it
