Something else to look into is the paperwork to make your car legal to register & drive here in the US. The US is a pain in the ass a lot of times when it comes to importing cars. Are you right or left hand drive over there?

I would suggest travelling by boat with your car, I don't imagine it would be too hard to find a company that transports goods and people from Europe to North America.

They ship the Car NO MOTOR and it would be as parts

and ship the motor and it would be as parts and would not be considered a complete car

but then again do some research on it but it'll probably cost a hand full
