#323132 I was researching these a few days ago. There are quite a few on HT.com some guy was selling one for 9 grand. Another guy bought a wrecked one and put the entire drive train on a 94 hatch

#323136 From what I gathered the other night the one that was for sale for 9 grand was the very first one titled in America and some how the dude got it to be smog exempt, so it never needs echeck. The crazy part is he lives in socal and got it smog exempt. I don't know who he took balls deep but he obviously has skills

#323150 i believe these came with either a DOHC ZC motor or a carb'd single RTSI/RTX and the manaual gear box cars had a 6 speed trans like our EF AWD wagons did 1 low gear and 5 regular gears plus reverse. :thumb:

#323169 I seriously spent about 12-16 hours the other day doing research of these. When I take my meds I tend to zone out like that lol. I saw anywhere from 500-1200 were made and only available at the primo dealers or whatever they are called. Less than 300 are still registered worldwide. America was 3 that are titled, registered and insured right now. I had my wife do a registration check through the BMW when she was at work that night. She's a manager for a insurance company. She has only been able to confirm 178 rtsi civics though.

#323172 Lol cheers for your hard work, i only managed about half an hour then gave up

Over here in the UK, ppl use the hrv/crv awd systems to build 4x4 civics. If i had the money and found one that needed fixing, id just put the system on my coupe, yes it wouldnt be the only awd coupe in UK but atleast it was a drivetrain designed for that shape civic, and tbh would be probably the only one using the rtsi system
