#305643 The jacked chips taste good...my slight issue with they is every bag I have had...the chips seem stale. Is it just me? One of my favorite Doritos were the Late Night series...the Late Night Cheeseburger, *DROOL* Those were fucking awesome

ive tried but still havent found the sweet spot for the right temprature. i work in the fast food industry and the fries come out crisp at 2 mins. and when i tried to do chips they just burned :x but i think its all down to
temp and time. even thickness of the slice is somthing that is important.

#306089 I used to be te fry cook at TGIFridays a couple years back. Its ALLL about the
super precise temp (ours was 358?ish(special chip ONLY fryer)), and the "on the fly" judgement. I have never been able to re-create the exact perfectness of the chips in TGIF at home, but with practice (ie. right pot or fryer, right potato cut for you and your setup) you can make some pretty decent chips. :D

P.S.
Guess whos back. Back again. Smokins back. Tell your freinds!
