incorrectly torqued lugs can cause warped rotors.

I use a air gun or electronic impact driver to put my lug nuts on. I then tighten them a bit more with a breaker bar until they feel tight. Never torqued them to any ft poundage. Dont even know what to set it to.

I have yet to have issues even under extreme driving conditions. as long as you get them on there tight you should be okay.

- Thu Apr 02, 2009 12:27 am #107518 so i decided to go to harbor freight in a last chance attempt before i had some shmoe put these damn rotors on. Found a 1/2 drive 1-2000 ft/lbs torque 18v for 49.99! Hollllerrrr! i havent done it yet but im going to change em tommorow! :thumb: ill get pics up. its a no name but for an extra 5 bucks i got a 2 year replacement on it. its worth it lol! :thumb:

- Thu Apr 02, 2009 1:36 am #107531 well nah dude it wasnt because of non tightened lugs that my rotor is warped. it cause i rode on a bent rim for a while untill i got the newer ones. i just needed one of these puppys to take the God damned caliper bolts off. or at least loosen em some lol. :thumb:
