i'm assistant manager at the theater here, so i saw it early. it was actually really good in my opinion. not nearly as many over the top stupid looking cars as i expected.

you like the yellow eg early on and the nsx at the end?

Nice job, I loved the NSX, dont remember the EG. I noticed quite a few Hondas in it. I was pointing them out to my buddy. "hey check it it, Its an EG with Halos and a Clear hood" Lol. Not near as much Rice as expected, It was there, however some nice Cars as well, Such as the NSX and and DC Integra.

great movie.... im going again in a few days once my friends get there cars out... it was raining all day today so they didnt wanna drive in it lol...
hoping theres gonna be a number 5!!!! hahaha

I wont spoil it for you, however the ending leads me and my friends to believe there will be a #5.

Doubt they'll be a 5th. I dont know if you guys noticed but the asian foo with the red rx7 that got killed in tokyo drift was in this movie. Which means that the story of this movie was what happened before tokyo drift.
I think the f&f legacy ends with this one.

funny but did u also notice that vin deasel was in the end of tokyo drift? so what happened from the time he was on the bus at the end of the 4th one to where he ends up in tokyo....

True that...but another story line that gots to do before tokyo happened? That's a lot of back tracking. But ehh maybe. The only way I would watch another f&f is if they still keep the original cast.

nah best car was hands down the 09 skyline the red one.

the blue R34 looks 10x better than the 09's.

During the ending credits when vin's is on the bus and everyone goes to go rescue him, it shows the brakes on the bus coming on. Basically saying the bus stopped and we assume they then took him off. Thus giving him the chance to GTFO of America and bounce to Tokyo looking for his buddy Hon.

The director Justin Lin actually singled our car out and stated "Nice Spoon Car..."
I was like whoow. Very impressed he new what SPOON was.
A few weeks later we recieved a call.
...but this wasn't our 1st involvement with the franchise.

We had supplied over 350+ cars on the 1st F&F film and Organized/Managed the official Casting call for F&F3 Tokyo Drift.

I was pleased to know the director knew what he wanted and understood the general scene.

- Sun Apr 05, 2009 7:06 pm #108469 i dont think they'll have a 5 either with vin. yeah he does end up in tokyo, but thats because he's on the run again. so i guess they could have a 5, but i think its going to be like 3. it has no relation to the first two and then they can tie it in later.

and i think F&F in europe would be pretty gay. race in the autobahn or something.

oh yeah this movie was pretty awesome. but unfotuneatly, i love the tokyo drift. why? i don't know. i hate bow wow.

I though it was awsome! some of the chase scenes where very well done, and that yellow EG...ahhh sick! one of the things ithought was tight but deff fake was when driving in the desert towrds middle or end i forgot but vin down shiftts and freakin pops a wheely goin like 60...wth? haha

but that R34 was all kit car, since they couldnt legally have one they had to order the kit and build it...7 of them...

- Thu Apr 09, 2009 6:30 pm #109469 I've watched this movie with my buddies and we thought it was a good movie. And to take out the confusion on which F&F is the first, second, third, etc., I'll try to sort it out for the people:
The Fast & The Furious = 1
Fast & Furious = 2
Too Fast, Too Furious = 3
Tokyo Drift = 4

But I'm thinking that 3 & 4 happened the same time. Just at different places. I hope there is a sequel and I hope they still use the original actors 'coz I watched Vin on the Tonight show with Jay and he said that they opened the franchise again for F&F, hope it's true..
