Went jogging again, 3am bout a mile and a 1/2 felt really good I think I'm going to step it up a lil and do 3 miles rather than the 1.5-2 that ive been doing.
breakfast
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
very little cheese
2 turkey slices
tortilla =
breakfast burrito
snacks I brought to work
-fat free yogurt(banana/strawberry)
-low fat cottage cheese with mandarins
-1 banana
Lunch
Potatoe with chili and a little low fat sour cream.
LOTS OF WATER.

since on nite shift i have maybe ma dinner before work, a pot noodle or similar at work then sleep and thats it tbh
