Thats what Im having for dinner. spagetti with homemade beef sauce (tons of mushrooms and onion) and a anti pasta salad. olives green and black , marinated red peppers, salami, pepperoni, carots, cailflower(marinated), provolone cheese speacial dressing, and of course lettuce.

So I'm cutting back on the days I run to only 3 days a week and 5 days of lifting 2 days rest.
Today
Breakfast:
-1 cup Oatmeal w/brown sugar
-Fruit smoothie: peach, some mango chunks, blueberries, banana, strawberries, some Spinach leaves and 1/4 cup milk
-coffee, 2 sweet and lows no creamer (on the way to work)
Snack 8am:
-Apple
Snack10am:
Carrots and a tomatoe
Lunch 12:30:
Peanut butter and Honey sandwiche on whole wheat bread (I added some oats on top of the honey and peanut butter for extra carbs)
Another snack when I get home at 3, not sure what yet. Then running, core excercises and lifting today.
