K so I officially actually got motivated enough to start running again.. did a mile yesterday and going to do a mile today. When I get home from my run today I'm going to bust out some reps on the weight set.

ALSO.. I bought chicken breast, fresh veggies, and rice. Grilled 4 breasts, steamed the veggies no seasoning (just water steaming them!) and cooked up small portions of rice. Made me lunches for the rest of the week(today-fri)
I got Eggs to make for breakfast with a fiber One bar about an hour after breakfast. and Fat free Blueberrie yogarts for snacks between breakfast and lunch...

DINNER is my only problem now.... :?

My arms were like gumby after that. Shit hope to see some progress there.
Also jump roped for a total of like 10 mins.. not like a straight 10 mins.. like 2-3 mins at a time. shit wears on me uh

Running tonight after work.


I have lunches made for the rest of the week. Bowls of rice and fresh steamed veggies, 2 days with grilled chicken breast, 2 days with tuna, and 1 day of salmon.

also bought fruit enough for 2 a day at least and got cheese sticks, boiled eggs and a nice lil nut mix (almonds pastacios, sunflowers, cranberries) all to keep me from eating shitty candy/chips.

Now my biggest thing is drinking CRAP.. I didnt have soda yesterday. and def wont have any today!


I'm planning on getting a road bike here soon to get a little crossfit going on. biking, lifting, running, swimming

last year I ran a 5k (3.whatever miles) It was cake.

Now, Here Is my goal guys..
I would like to run the "PF Changs 1/2 marathon" this upcoming January.. SO I have the time to train, I just need to do it!.

#128690 ^^^HAHA..I'm like you. I hate to work out. I go play basketball as much as I can but my friends are lazier than me! I dont lift either...I start out with 100 pounds and work my way backwards to like 80. So i'll do (when I get around to it) 100lbs - 10 reps, 100-10, 90-15, 90-15, then 80-15 and thats about it...my arms would be shot. On the days you dont lift...try to do pushups. And if it all falls apart just remember you are already in shape....ROUND IS A SHAPE! :lol:

#128717 LOL. Plus I have to add that I have NEVER lifted before haha I even took weight training in HS.. but dressed out went in the gym took roll call then bam vanished for the rest of the period LOL had to go hand out with all my chicas aye :thumb:

I am just a big guy I guess...I can lift the 100 which aint much in comparison to other people, but I am like you, not bad for someone who hasnt lifted weights before. I can dead lift a lot but benching...nope!
