#183724 im in no rush atm, wouldnt mind bein toned for ireland to pick up a wee irish hottie!

gunna dramatically change what i eat and stick to a contained diet, ill still take a protein shake after a work out and creatine when working out and ill run as much i can.



that run was defo hard, av done three nites runing and punishing with weights and 1 nite off and then tonight a run then just gunna pound myself with weights.


i work 8-5 mon-fri now and either fri or sat nite working in a busy bar and sunday working at the bar. I work out and run when not working and give myself 1 nite of rest since i cant give myself a full day lol

went in, got dinner blah blah, worked out for a hour and went for a shower, never realised till i got out the shower i still had another hour to work out with before i had to get ready for the next work shift...

#184634 wanting to start a new diet chance what u think ?


7am - usual bowl of cereal

9am - first break, a peice of fruit

11:30am - lunch break, a mix of lettuce, green beans and brocoli with strips of chicken

2pm - last break, peice of fruit and some nuts.

5:30pm - home from work, a chicken breast and veg.

this for a year, obv tryin to mix it about but you get the general idea, ive tried to research the best veg to use and nuts.

plus leaving room for special occasions so i can have a meal with family or a bevy with mates on bdays/weddings that shit.


also WTF its snowing again!!! and its lying !!!! this is gunna be a very hard run!

I've been working out still... just having a hard time getting motivated and energized during the work out... I think I'm going drinking black coffee as a PreWorkout supp. and see how that does. Dont really want to take any pills or anything. I've been pushing through this slump... its just been rough.
Oh and my sleep has been shit lately. :thumbdown:

Going to re-work my diet... I think I need to eat cleaner than I've been lately.

Going shopping today. I'll post up my diet tomorrow after a decide on what I'll be eating for sure.

yeah tell me bout it but u jst need to get energy, am fucked enough after work but just need to push on.

stopped the creatine, never felt any diff n heard more bad than gd bout em.

kl man its very very very hard to diet, its defo the hardest part, i can do awshum during the week but as soon as the weekend hits, its drink and maybe a subway or just no salad so fail at the weekends :( :thumbdown:

Went shopping TONS of veggies...even some I've never tried.

a GRIP of chicken breasts, lots of Tilapia, 3 pounds Ground turkey, bunch of cans of tuna and a couple 18 pks of eggs... should be set for the week.

ALSO... my sister came over for Easter today and brought me P90X... she burned all the discs for me! I'll give that a go and see what its all about :woot:
