1. Wiring, do it right.
2. Paint, don't even attempt t unless you do it right.
3. Keep it clean.

I am sure you are having problems. I hope you are disclosing EVERYTHING that is wrong w/ it.

That makes it worth like $2.5K in my books, sorry.
