I didn't run yesterday but I did jump rope for a bit.
Today I will do cardio! I really wish I lived near a HS or something so I could do stadiums but oh well I'll make due.

Got my scrumpcious meal/snacks/fruit for the day and LOTS of water.
So far since Sunday I've been pretty good which I'm happy about. :)

I'm going to price some metal this weekend and try to borrow a welder and build me a pull-up bar with a few different arm spreads/grips. We'll see hope I can get all the stuff.

i barely started lifting weights again and next day i just want to sleep allday cuz im swore..

im at 5'7, 5'8 i weigh 145
i want to weigh 160 by lifting weights but i dont think ima make it :lol:

yeah if i were you id workout in the morning like around 5 am youll notice a difference during the day a bit more awake.. :thumb:

You need to up your daily calorie intake, more protein and lift heavier.

I so would work out in the morning BUT I wake up at 3:30am and leave for work by 4 to be there at 5.. that thats a no haha

This weekend I stayed true to the plan fairly well... ate good, drank good (besides beer friday night :thumbdown: )

Saturday- lifted and went for a walk with the fam
Sunday - lifted and ran 1-1/2 miles.

Signing up for a 1/2 marathon in January. That should be plenty of time to get my running game back where it use to be. I'll be doing a 5k in October which isn't a long distance but it will be fun. w00t lovin getting back into shape :thumb: :thumb:
