All those excuses (except for the last one) are lame. Just admit it to yourself right now that there are no good excuses for missing a workout or forgetting to take your supplements. Admit it!

Stick to your plan for the rest of your life. The results will be more than worth it. Don't let yourself be one of the many who don't achieve their Fitness dreams.

#205597 my legs are sore so damn bad, i was in bad mood at the gym so just kept stackin weights on. did the math afterwards. leg pressed reps of 10 at 650Lbs sadly this was after my 3mile run and squats...

WTF was i thinking guys. :?.. on a good note i finished and past all my test to be a cert. personal trainer. :woot:

Did it. It's definitely hardcore and great for leaning out/losing weight... not for 'getting big' though which is my goal.

#205625 take some muscle mass supplement or just lift heavier weights during the program and you will gain weight. i've been doing it for 3 weeks now and i've gained 8 pounds.

#206181 so im thinking about trying to bulk up my arms . in the past ive lifted just for strength but realized the other day that my arms aren't the size id like them to be. - oh and no i dont want massively huge arms, just a bit bigger

however i still dont want to take (any supplements) mostly cuase they're not my style but also cause i dont want to buy them.

so i took a few pics of myself the other day and ill post them soon.
after that maybe you guys can help me decide what i should do. :thumb:

I hear that lol. My trainer is a former Navy Seal and I work with him and were always saying that stuff but then we call each other pussys and suck it up and go to the gym everyday

#207030 Worked out for an hour and 45 mins today... Hour of weights and 45 mins cardio. Started taking jack3d, today is the second day taking this pre-workout drink. It great, I have a ton of energy and focus!!

Going to start doing some HIIT when the weather cools down a bit. It's WAY to effin hot to go running. For now I'm using my elliptical for cardio.
