No More Excuses!
The human mind can justify murder. Don't let yourself make excuses for not sticking to your fitness plan.
"I need a day off."
"My mother is in town."
"My leg kinda hurts."
"I'm too tired today."
"I have too much on my mind."
"I'm not making any gains, I might as well quit."
"I don't have time."
"A Simpson's marathon is on TV tonight!"
All those excuses (except for the last one) are lame. Just admit it to yourself right now that there are no good excuses for missing a workout or forgetting to take your supplements. Admit it!
Stick to your plan for the rest of your life. The results will be more than worth it. Don't let yourself be one of the many who don't achieve their Fitness dreams.
