#279079            My  Workout routine
Pain is temporary. Pride is forever. -Lombardi

Monday - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, short run

Tuesday - upper Back and Biceps,

Wednesday - Legs and Core

Thursday - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, long run

Friday - upper Back and Biceps

Saturday - Legs and Core, short run

Sunday- REST!!!!

I didn't post specific excersises because everyone has different goals and capabilities but this is a good routine and I've gotten pretty good results from it. I do this for a few weeks then change things up... It's great for getting past platoues.

#279190 Well it's not for everyone that's for sure but like I said not for a long term plan, plus everything gets at least a day of rest if not more... I'm a personal trainer but I'm in no way saying I'm right and so forth but when you eat sleep and live to work out there isnt really an alternative to hard work

#291708 Been on a pretty steady routine since the beginning of Dec'ish. Progressing well in strength and endurance.

Last week I did my first KetoCycle... (no carbs, forcing your body into Ketosis) Lost a little over 5lbs. Not bad.

Took me allllll last year to get up to 200lbs... not i'm working on leaning it out and hopefully be a solid 190. :)

#293600 Today was the first time ive stepped into a gym in about 2 years. Did mostly high reps with smaller weights for a little over an hour and did 15 minutes on the cycle of uphill cardio.

I have no routine planned yet, just doing lots of different upper body workouts for the time being until i can start to feel improvements then i'll narrow my workout down to certain excersizes for certain muscles.

My weight as of now is 164lbs.

GOAL: tone up as much as possible, quicken my speed, endurance, and reaction time.
