hey i have to go to the electric supply store tomorrow for work ill get some info on a light they have there. mabe a supply house in your area could cross refferance it in their system. they are t8 lights four tubes but the ballast is a high efficency high output i think they are 120 volts. but dude when u turn these fuckers on they light up like high bay sodium lights. i mean massive light output. here they are like 70.00 a light but if i can find out who makes um ill let u know mabe they will be cheaper out there. just a idea

The 20' white is for the ceiling and the 4' galvanized is for the lower 4' of the walls- Kind of like Chipotle.

Here's something handy for the garage that I got on ebay:

They're cheap knockoffs of Go-Jaks. You put them around each wheel and when you jack them, they come together, raising the wheel off the ground. Then you can roll the car around the shop without having to do a 10 point turn, or even start it! Let's hope the chinese versions hold up as well as the Go-Jaks...

I love free stuff...

Here's my free sink from a gutted bathroom! I also got 5 sheets of this white peg board for free about 10 yrs ago... I've been taking it with me every time I move and it's finally going to come in handy lol.

Image
My old renter was kind enough to leave me this old beast.
I plugged it in and it works! I have a spare NES ready to go on it!

Here's one of the kitchens I gutted. I actually have 2 of each of these from tearing out 2 identical apt. kitchens.

here's more wall cabinets from the kitchens.
I love free storage!

Now I need to quit finding free things until I get some interior work done... I'm going to be moving things around a lot while trying to work.

It is from http://www.metalsales.us.com/ ordered thru a local supply co.
http://www.metalsales.us.com/ClassicRib/index.html
29 ga.

Total was $1500 for walls & ceiling, 32x40'
That included J trim and 4 corner pieces for the lower Galvanized part.
Not cheap but very durable. I figured spend more on the metal and avoid the fragile drywall, moisture issues, taping, mudding, sanding and painting. Drywall price adds up after it's all done and you have a lot of labor and mess after.
