Yeah I was sitting in a morning college class and there was talk of a plane hitting the wtc and everyone thought it was a small plane accident. Then another hit and then the pentagon and everyone was like oh shit this isn't good. At that point nobody knew how many more planes in the air were going to be hitting major cities/landmarks and there was a plane near CLeveland (~30 miles from the university) that did a 180. So they were like "everyone can get out of here" That was the 4th plane was heading back toward DC when it went down over PA.
I sped home and stayed there until later when the news was saying gas stations were gouging their prices. So I figured a full tank might not be a bad idea before things get carrried away...
The local gas station hadn't raised their prices and I waited in line for an hour to fill up. Then I went back home and watched some more news.

I was walking around campus visiting other classes in HS (was supposed to be in math) Went to the Bookstore to get some snacks and saw it on the tv... everyone was silent.

RIP to those who lost their lives.

Jeebus you guys are young! LOL

Well I was just laid off about a month to the day before it happend. I worked on Wall Street and I was in the WTC every day. My train dropped me off there and then I would walk down to Wall...I had clients in WTC 7, my company's main office was in tower 1 on the 77th floor....this was my stomping grounds. Ordinarily I would have been in my office by the time it all happend but my family said that would have been a day I was running late. My cousin called me and woke me up and told me the world was coming to an end....the rest of the day I was glued to the tv. To this day I get wigged out about the whole thing because I was there all the time...I cant watch tributes and I hate to see pics....it just floats my stomach because it could have been me! I am greatful to be alive and to have gone through that from across the river instead of in the thick of it. I know one person that passed (that I know of) but thankfully all of my friends were safe. The only thing that does warm me a little is they yearly light tribute....it makes the island look complete again!

whats crazy is today i went to work, Installing buisness furniture and my boss was like, "ok, guys, garrett and fred are going to the baltimore world trade center". so im like "OK, bad humor."
Turns out we did have a delivery and i got a cool sticker that says "World trade center 9/11" But the delivery was on the 13th floor, So we got in and got the fuck out QUICK.
When the 9/11 happened i was in 8th grade science class. And i didnt really understand what was sooo fuckin wrong with the people of todays society.
I just shrugged it off. Then i found out that one of my bosses friends took his BMW bike to work that day instead of his car and he ended up getting out of there before the shit hit the fan. So, it like opened up my eyes a little and as time went on i kept hearing of close relatives that lost their life in that crazy shit.
Anyway, R.I.P. anyone who anyone here knows that lost their life because of fucking imbosiles in those towel head countries that will fucking die for their religion.

I was in 10th grade sitting in the cafeteria when people were talking about it, then we watched it on tv in Biology class rather then do any actual work
