Japan has a big low rider scene(like dumped '62 impalas). I'm Guessing this is an offshoot of that. The Exhaust pipes are pretty wild.
Biggest surprise was the older, I'm guessing 60's+ Japanase dude in that car. lol.
Reminds me of seeing a 80's Cutless Meet today, All chilling on 13" Wire Wheels with next to perfect paint, all of which had to be redone recently. I Guess some people really love American cars from the 80's. The last guess I would make for people loving them would be the Japanese.

The style of them pimpin it out with oldschool car into lowriders aren't new in Japan. Been doing that for years... i guess it is starting to pick up with younger peeps.
Not a big fan but to each their own
