i need some help with gauges please

Okay so im guessing there are some people with ear gauges so hopefully you'll be able to help me. So i recently just put 4g tapers in and i also got 4g saddle plugs but idk how to put those in. They came with a weird looking tool i guess, but im still unsure of how they go in since they are flared on both sizes. Can anyone help me?

Your ears have to be stretched enough to fit over the flare. Don't use any silly tools. When they are still in the smaller sizes its a little rough at first to fit over the flare unless you have been at that size for a bit.
Just play with your lobes.. put in the 4g tapers back in and pull(dont jerk it obviously) on them hard enough to help stretch them a little more but not too hard to rip them at all.
I've been at 1/2in for about a year now.
