reminds me of something I made back in the day... I took an existing clock apart that had a blue neon ring inside and designed a new graphic and glued it over the old face.
Here's a pic:

nevermind the drunk guy pretending to be a pirate... a bunch of us were playing asshole that night and he lost haha

I'll have to find a better pic of the clock.

I did the same thing with my boss's clock at work when he got divorced. I printed up a new face and glued it in. Now instead of 1 through 12, it says :
drink, fuck, sleep, fuck, drink, fuck, sleep, drink, fuck, sleep, fuck, drink, fuck, sleep. He got a kick out of it.
