This thread is only about the sound of the engine, not the HP, TQ, HP/Liter, or # of cyls.

Share with us the engine that makes you   :eekdance: :headbang: when you hear it!
And post a sound clip or vid so we can hear it and feel the same way!

I have never touched a rotary motor before, but one day I would love to build a 3 or 4 rotor motor.

3 rotor: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJsFcer-YGQ
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqhj0cF_TiE (watch the exhaust mani on the last run!)

4 rotor: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFMo_skVFrM
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2URDUVExzNo
I could give up vtec for that!

On the other hand, the weedwacker sound of a 2 rotor has the opposite effect on me- I hate the way they sound lol

Hahahaha, thats not really a streetable cam. Its a bitch to get them to idle, they need a ton of tuning just to run right. On top of that, you need a lot of compression.
