I work for a company called Railroad Controls Limited (RCL) and I absolutely love my job. We're contracted by Burlington Northern Santa Fe and we're building all new signals. It is construction work, and they like if you have experience in costruction, but it is a VERY good job to have and you have loads of job security. We recently signed a contract with Union Pacific, as well.

You will work in various locations for 8 days at a time and have 6 days at home. They take very good care of employees by paying for flights and or gas and pay $85 per day for hotels and food.

I freakin love my job and I'm just trying to help anyone out!

Hey man, it doesn't matter where you live. They fly you (or pay you for gas) everywhere they need you to work, regardless of where you live. For example, I live in Portland, OR and I'm working in Minnesota right now.

How many hours a day do you work? Because I still have online college that I have to do too.

If you don't mind me asking, what's the pay like?

I make about $3800 a month. It's pretty sick for only being 20!
