sorry if this is in the wrong section or eanything but iv just got a quick question,

What would be a good way to clean a motor, i just got a swap and thing looks dirty and oily as hell :thumbdown:

i was thinking of getting some motor degreaser from like canadian tire or something but those cans go for like $8 a can and i dont have a power washer

simple green, water and a couple tooth brushes :thumb:

Mask off the distributor & alternator with plastic so they stay dry :thumb:

go through a car wash with your hood off that should do the trick.
