Single player doesn't work, but almost all of multiplayer does, just can't load some maps, I haven't gotten around to buying a new cd yet.

thats really shitty, something you have to watch out for with a 360, never move it while a disc is playing.
I fucked my COD4 cd second day. i just took it back to walmart and told them it didnt work, they just gave me a new one!
