This is fuckin BS if you ask me, He didn't do anything wrong, just cause there is a by-law that prohibits people from using skateboards on the road, but imo it's not more dangerous to drivers and the skateboarder then a bicycle or roller blades

sucks, but on the plus side I bet his business will boom after the exposure. Skateboarding as a way of commuting & being friendly to the environment is something that people who would be interested in his business would be into.

I couldn't believe this when i heard it today on the radio! If your going to commute with a skateboard, the street is really the only good surface to ride on... sidewalks are a good way to hurt your self... damn cracks.

Exactly Craig, and have you ever read the by-law in Fredericton that he broke? technically if you are biking on the street and not pedaling you are breaking the law
