I got a 92 eg civic which has a d15b on it right now. Well im thinking of getting a b18cR except im having problems deciding how i should do it.
My civ is my first car so its got heapsa sentimental value to it and well its just really slow and i dont want to do a turbo conversion because theres just too much to worry bout..
I was thinking if i should just chuck the b18cr on my civ and build it up or just get an integra dc2 that already has a type r engine in it..but i the civ has value to me..
so any suggestions????????

Stick with the Civic.

You'll be happier when you accomplish something.

Throw the B18c R into the civic. You will be way happier in the end.

I agree... throw the CR into the Civic.. you will like it much more. and it will be quicker than a dc2 because Civic's weigh less than Integra's do from the factory.

what would i need fro the conversion except for the engine and the s80 box??

You can just get factory Integra mounts and axles when you do the B swap. You will need to get a shift linkage that is made for 92-95 Civic's with B series motors though.

99-00 Si shift linkage works good too! fits pretty good
you can also use the integra 94-01 shift linkage too
but YOU CANNOT USE DEL SOL B16 shift linkage
