Does anybody have any feedback on this site? As in customer service, time efficiency, personal experiences?

I stumbled across this site today and saw some things that interest me....But I would like to know if anyone has ever used it?

i heard they are really good if you go to the actual store but i heard they suck over the internet sales

F*ck them... I ordered some stuff from them over the interwebz and it took FOREVER to receive.
