Woo go US government, and gotta love the Canadian Government for jumping on the bandwagon. even though we get out oil from Venezuela gas is going up here 9 cents a liter(34 cents a gallon) on monday.... how does a hurricane in Texas have anything to do with our gas here?? seriously can someone explain that to me?

exactly, we get our gas from a refinery in Saint John, New Brunswick, and as i mentioned they get their oil from Venezuela... like you said Daryl, it's greed, and your government is a bunch of money grubbing bastards that are in league with oil companies, and my government just jumps on board for what ever the US government does.

thats so true to many money grubbing assholes here i'm waiting for the refinery report next week. so they can lie about what damage they got they have already said it could take up to 4 weeks to get power back in houston tx.

So a coworker of mine told me they heard on the radio this morning that gas is supposed to go up not 9 cents a liter but anywhere from 15 to 20 cents a liter (57 to 76 cents per gallon)

5.00 bucks a gallon, 4.38,$3.65 a gallon, man screw all those prices, here in Kelowna, Bc we are gettin fisted. its a $1.49.9 so thats $6.81 for a gallon or regular and thats only 87 octane, and the worse part is we get our fuel from ALBETRA which is a 4 hr drive from my door. this shit sucks

cnn on friday said that gas in the states would go up, roughly a couple cents. here in canada we took that as 13 cents. so overnight it went from 120ish to a solid 138 everywhere. its funny because before katrina a hurricane wouldn't even effect the prices at the pumps.
