They were on sale at the store so I bought one...
I'm working from home today so i was going to attempt to make something with it to surprise my wife when she gets home (since I never make anything)

so what's good? I was just going to cut it up and put it on a plate.

Carve it up like a pumpkin

Baked Ham with Fruit Sauce
A baked ham recipe with flavorful fruity sauce.
Ingredients:
12 slices cooked ham, about 1/2-inch thick
6 slices pineapple
1 cup raisins
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Preparation:
Place 6 ham slices in shallow baking dish. Arrange pineapple slices over ham slices; top with remaining ham slices.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine raisins, pineapple juice, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons cold water and stir into hot juice mixture. Continue cooking, stirring, until mixture is thickened and smooth. Pour sauce over ham slices. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. For each portion, allow 2 slices of ham and a slice of pineapple; serve with sauce and hot cooked rice, if desired.

after you make the ham, take the left over fruit and put it into an ice cream pale, pour some vodka over it and let it sit in the fridge and then pour the mix into some drinks after the ham dinner and you have some dessert just make sure you have whip cream.

I make pineapple cookies and upside down cake, both are very good.
