Hey, I have/had a 95 coupe and was going for a swap. I no longer have my friends and tools I used to have so I took it to a shop where I live to do the work. They ordered the motor themselves and I paid for it up front , have receipts. Anyways the motor was never put in, they fucked the body up a bit and the wheels from cutting off the wheel locks. I have tried to work with them to get my money back atleast for the motor I paid for but no luck. Do I need to get a lawyer for this or is this a small claims court thing I can do myself?

i think rapeing them with a bat and rusty nails on the end or going all Saw on them would teach them a lesson if they survive lol but yea if anything id lawyer up and see what happens sue them for more money etc to cover costs that way you get your money back and then some and they get the shaft....

i kno some ppl that some more ppl that can take "care" of the situation...naw i'm j/k. but seriously i'd take them to court.....there are no means any way shape or form that they need to cut off the lugs...and if they were goin to just swap in a motor, y would they need to take off the wheels? just my 2 cents....
