stalls at idle

1995 DX d15b7 automatic. The problem is when I stop and the engine is at idle with my foot on brake it idles very badly and dies. If I do not have my foot on the brake it idles pretty good. What do you guys think?

does it idle badly with your foot on the brake while in gear or out of gear or both?

could be a vacuum leak check brake booster hose

any time my foot is on brake it idles bably but if it is in a moving gear it seems to be worse.
