Speedometer not working!

This has been driving me crazy for months now, my speedo stopped working one day and I said screw it I'm doing a swap anyway... Now that the swap is complete it still doesn't work, with a new vss and a new harness you would think it should fix it but nope... Any ideas???

When I got the car it worked fine, then I shaped it out for an ex cluster and it didn't work, so I put the factory one that I just took out back in and it didn't work either... I'm at my wits end with this thing lol

Still might be the cluster. I'm on my 3rd or 4th.. Also, make sure the vss plug on your harness isn't all crusty inside there.
