New battery NO POWER!!!

Auto 1.6 stock motor
Move it started right up fine
Went to start it to check new heads lights (LED install) and put in key everything works and turns on
Go to crank and ........ nothing everything turns off and won’t do anything. Wait and hour or so and it will do it again have power then try and start and nothing again and again
So had a brand new battery tests good
Starter good replaced all big fuses in main fuse box under hood
What would be next ?
How do I test ignition switch if that’s it ?
