- Fri Jun 04, 2010 5:50 am #198610 Heyy whats peeps, well most of you know i hate california with a passion, so when i get out of school and get some mone saved up, i plan on moving to AZ, close around the Phoenix area..

I asked Chance some questions before, but i wanna here from more people what its like out there.

*smog.....
-what are the laws? do you have to have C.A.R.B aftermarket parts?
-is it a yearly or biyearly smog?
-is there a certain year where you dont have to smog your car anymore,
like here in cali anything 1975 and older doesnt need to be smoged?
-what are the prices?

*laws........
-what are the laws on modifing your car?
-prices of tickets?
-how are the cops? dicks, cool, chill??

*weather.........
-whats the weather like?
- how is the winter?
-how hot does the summer get
-any rain?

*people........
-what are the people like?
- am i gonna get shot for lookin at a car, or get stab'd for say "sup"..lol
-how is the traffic?
-lots of old people?

*and the everyday thing...
-gas
-pack of cigs
-houses
-dmv fee(reg. fees)
-food nd shit

*laws........
-what are the laws on modifing your car? Not many really... as long as you have receipts and your engine is legit you are good! (there are some laws on HID's but thats about it, that I know of.)
-prices of tickets? Depends on date/city/county and the cop!
-how are the cops? dicks, cool, chill?? Differs from city to city. With everything being so close here, you can go from phx to tempe to chandler and not even know it...In general the sherrifs from my experience are chill! cops not so much.

*weather.........
-whats the weather like? Hot/miserable
- how is the winter? Lovely!
-how hot does the summer get? 120's at the hottest points. 110-116 average
-any rain? Some. hit or miss random spurts just depends though some years monsoon is the shit and others its dry as fawk

*people........
-what are the people like? Assholes/Idiots.
- am i gonna get shot for lookin at a car, or get stab'd for say "sup"..lol - Id stab you! lol idk... just be cautious people here are just nuts.
-how is the traffic? again depends on city and time! usually pretty good flow though!
-lots of old people? Winter time YES! and Far east mesa/Apache Junction all year around!

*and the everyday thing...
-gas.. 2.70 average right now
-pack of cigs idk about price of cancer
-houses...if your buying, you can get CHEAP houses now. Renting your looking at $1k+ for 2 bdrm
-dmv fee(reg. fees) Depends on your car make model and year my 08 xB was 180 to register for a year
-food nd shit.....Big variety of delicious food and prices are good!
