Roughly How much would it cost to tune up a b18a1 out of a 93 teg?

I'm talking complete breakdown and cleaning.

are you talking a tune up or rebuild???? tune up just in parts i would say like 150$. thats cap n rotor, sparkplugs, valve cover gasket, spark plug gaskets and a timing belt, spark wires and your alt. and p/s belts. what all are your wanting to do?

well i would like to break down and clean up the whole motor. It's been sitting for 8 months and and has around 130k mi on it. I want to be assured it will run when I swap it.

While it's apart, what else could I do to get a little more power out of the motor for as little as possible?

well you could get higher compression pistons, do a port and polish stuff like that. ok hear is my question for you.. how much money do you want to spend? 100$,250$, 1,000$????

Probably in the $100-$600 range.
