Is the idle bouncing up and down constantly? Just while the car is warming up? Did it just start one day or slowly get worse? Can you tell us more about your car and all modifications?
The more info you can give us about exactly what's happening, the more we'll be able to help you.

bumping idle will be IACV, TPS or FITV most of the time. but as teal said, a little more info would be nice especially if the check engine light is on.

Have you done any maintenance, mods or anything else to the car recently, before it started doing this?

do you have a check engine light at all? some people remove the bulb to sell or pass emissions. just clarifying. I've seen an oxygen sensor cause those types of problems. if it runs fine on cold start then runs like crap, it'll be a sensor that is disabled in open loop.

I was going to guess air trapped in coolant, iacv, fitv or a vacuum leak.
