I have a d16z6 and my map sensor is goin out and i was wondering can i just take it off and just plug in the new one or no?Thanks

Yes you can take off your map sensor and get a new one : D ... My girlfriend and I had to replace a tps sensor on her ex civic. So we just bought a newer throttle body. After we replaced the throttle body, we realized the newer throttle body wasnt the same as the one replaced because the map sensor was different. So we took off the old map sensor, did a lil cutting and made it fit on the newer throttle body. Everything worked perfect : D
