popping sound in exhaust

I hope im posting this one in the right area,
Anyways.. Ive been racking my mind trying to figure out why I get a popping sound out of my exhaust when its sitting in idle... and its only when im in idle.. if anyone can help me out it would be appreciated...

but whats causing that.. its a stock exhaust cuz i didnt mention that

Usually an ignition problem. Check your timing and then test the coil and ignitor with a multimeter.
Could also be an exhaust leak. Exhaust isn't one constant flow, it's a series of pulses and actually sucks oxygen in which ignites in the pipe.
I have more ideas but try those first and report back.
