Civic EG

okay so my sister just bought this 95 civic. it had been sitting for a bit and when we went for a ride in it, it sorta chugged when it idled and took off. then once you hammer on it it would be fine. but when you stop the whole car would shake pretty bad!
i just thought that it had to be broken in from sitting but when she drove it home that wasnt the case?
she also says it looses power up hills??
it auto aswell

does anyone have a diagnosis?
or any idea what to do?....
he said he did a new cap, rotor and wires before, maybe its the plugs?
whats should i do?

nevermind its to late
i took it to the shop and they did a compression test
cyilinder number one has NONE! bent valve
anyways they wanted 100 just to tell me that

damn man that suxs ass

yeah well that night i took the head off and half of the valve was broken off.
theres your comprssion issue! haha
and now i just finished putting the new head on tonight and it runs b e autiflu!
not bad. paid 50$ for the cylinder head and 40 for the gasket.
and about 5 solid working hours and the rest drinking beer

haha better then the shops 7-8 hours labor and more for parts
saved me 1800$
