Questions as followed:

1) What engines will fit without having to do modifications?

2) Where is a trusted and (cheaper ) place to get these engines.

3) How hard is swapping these engines for a guy with no experience? And if hard, then how much can i expect to pay?

I know the word cheaper and project car doesnt go too much hand in hand, but please keep in mind I am only 17 and i must have forgot to plant money trees in my back yard growing up

These questions answered and any other help would be so great.

1)
D15b7, d15b8 Require no mods, Just pull the old engine, drop in the new. The D16z6, JDM D15b, and ZC VTEC all are easy swaps however you will have to also add wiring for vtec. They are also much much better engines.

B Series swaps are also pretty easy, However do require modifaction.

2)
If you going to buy a new D Series engine. Get a JDM D15b or ZC VTEC from Hmotorsonline or tigerjapanese.

3)
Swapping D Series engines are really easy, Well for an engine swap. you un hook everything, take notes/pictures as to where they go, Install the new D Series engine and everything goes back where it came from.
You wont have to fabricate anything when doing this swap, you unbolt parts, and bolt them back up the way they came off.

Make sure you have a Manual when you do this so you have all the torque #'s you need to torque stuff back to OEM Spec.

B Series Swaps are also pretty easy, you will need Different mounts and linkage from an integra, however a pretty simple conversion.

With out knowing your mechanical background its hard to say how easy/hard it will be.
