Ok so i bought my car but the tags are expired.. the fees are paid but i need to transfer and smog and insurance.. but one more problem is that i think i need to b.a.r. it because idk if they ever did and i dont see a sticker. so i believe i have to bar it smog it get insurance then go and transfer and get my damn tags.. but does anyone know if theres a way to check online or something if it has been bard before? please help me.. i believe in civic-eg :cry:

you only have to BAR the motor if its not the orignal motor

other then that you shouldnt have to BAR the car to get it regerstered

and as of April 1 2009 you can no longer BAR JDM motors nor smog them

what engine do you have in there that will cause it to be BAR?
