I just took my head to get port and polish and im wondering if there is a product out there to clean like the carbon and oil build up all around the parts that are laying around, like cams and bolts.

any degreaser should work just clean them good and put oil on evrything you clean so it doesnt rust

yeah degreaser, spray on, hose off

mineral spirits work really really good they eat thru alot of the "bronze" that builds up

that stuff has worked better for me than most de-greasers

normally i get a 5gal bucket and fill it with that or that crc parts cleaner and let it soak, that works the best if your not gona pay a machine shop to hot tank it...
