i was really bored and dissapointed by the way my valve cover looked so i decided to strip it and sand it down...so far ive done three hours of sanding and this is where i am....its prolly cuz i only have 220 bit..anyways i was wondering if you guys have any tips to really make it shine...and while i was sanding i realized that most d16z6 valve covers say vtec and mine doesnt...i was just wondering if thats normal or not...well sry for the long writing here are some pics :hehe:

Someone can correct me if i am wrong but i think only the jdm d15b vtec, and the si del sol had the vtec cover, alot of other d16's had the honda one!

The european ESI models also have the VTEC cover... D16Z6 both in the EG hatch and Del Sol...

not sure where you live, but if you polish it, road salt they use in winter will mess up your polish job, It sure did on mine :(
